Conditions: only one refund per product is allowed, refund requests must include valid order details, and approved refunds are processed within 10 business days.
Returns are accepted within 10 days from the date you receive your order. To return a product, contact customer support to request return authorization, ship the item back within 10 days of receiving that authorization, and note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are issued after inspection of returned items. Requests submitted beyond the 10-day window are not eligible.
